An AUDIT is a quick but comprehensive review of one aspect of your business, with a report and a video review.
An EVALUATION is a full deep-dive into one aspect of your business and usually takes more like 30-60 days to complete. Evals come with a full presentation and training session, an improvement plan, and reporting.

We’ll take you through a comprehensive WALBACH Culture audit, evaluate your existing culture program if applicable, and build a complete playbook covering leadership and management, hiring, end-to-end people operations, workplace culture, internal communications, and employer brand.
